Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and shaping the future of Science education? Carisbrooke College is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Early Career Teacher of Science to join our dedicated team. As part of our dynamic Science department and wider STEM faculty, you will play a key role in delivering an ambitious curriculum that equips pupils with essential skills for life.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of Science.
  • Monitor and support pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and promote academic success.
  • Actively contribute to our inclusive school ethos and positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For 

  • A degree in Science or a related subjectQualified Teacher Status
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current educational developments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching.
