Teaching Internship Programme

We were very pleased to be selected to host five university undergraduate students at Thornden over the last three weeks as part of the DfE's Teaching Internship Programme. The aim of the national internship programme is to enable undergraduates studying for a degree in STEM-related subjects the opportunity to experience teaching maths, physics, or computing before they commit to it as a career. Feedback from the undergraduates was very positive and we wish them all the very best for the remainder of their degree courses and their future career choices.
