Amanda Parry is the CEO of HISP Multi Academy Trust and a recognised leader in education. With expertise in all-through education and a commitment to improving school performance, she focuses on supporting vulnerable students. Amanda holds Education degrees specialising in Leadership and Special Educational Needs and has been awarded an OBE for her contributions.

Dr Kevin Thurlow-Criss

With over three decades of operational experience, Kevin has worked across the private, educational and research sectors, including at Imperial College London, University College London, Queen Mary University of London, University of Essex , the University of East London, MAPP Property Limited and more recently the University Schools Trust (MAT). 

With a background in biological science. Kevin started work in the quality assurance of human and veterinary vaccines and research into the human immune system, before naturally progressing into more operational roles. Kevin has held senior positions across his organisations such as Multi-Campus Manager, Director of Corporate Service, Director of Estates, Facilities, Safety and Student Services, National Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer. 

Kevin's prime objective in all of these roles was to ensure the effective delivery of first-class operational services to students, staff and visitors and to fully support the educational, research and commercial objectives of his organisations. A trend that he intends to continue and maintain at HISP.

As well as his experience, Kevin also holds a number of degree and postgraduate qualifications as well as professional recognition in a number of bodies including the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and Member Institute of Science and Technology. 

When not working, Kevin enjoys time with his partner and their two dogs at the seafront in Brighton as well as travelling across the UK discovering beautiful countryside and towns. Kevin is also an internationally qualified Karate instructor and continues to teach both children and adults in his clubs.
